How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Standard production time is 3–4 weeks. Rush orders can be completed in 7–10 business days for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is complimentary on orders over $500.
Can I order a custom size?
Absolutely. Every piece is made to your measurements — simply provide bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-hem when ordering. No extra charge for custom sizing.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on custom-size or made-to-order items. If there's a manufacturing fault, we'll remake or refund — no questions asked.
