Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 48 hours. Made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks, depending on the style and any customisation.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days. Because made-to-order pieces are produced for you specifically, they are exchanged or altered rather than refunded — we want the fit to be right, not easy.
